Private Functions

The Fiddlehead Restaurant does close for private functions twice, monthly.  Close down requirements are as follows, please feel free to call with any inquiries.

Guaranteed Minimum 15 people:

Closedown fee/room rental $1000

Function menu with choices from the current, seasonal menu.

Fruit&cheese arrangement
House salad
Choice of five entrees:
Steak &/or Burger
Dessert plates


The menu is flexible, should there be a particular item(s) you would like to have on your menu, we will attempt to accommodate your requests.  Alternatively, if you have no specific menu preferences, we will create an equally elegant & functional menu tailored to your party.  

Per person pricing includes coffee, soda pop & tea.
Per person pricing does not include tax, alcoholic beverages or added 20% gratuity.

We will rent audio/visual equipment from our local provider upon request.

Maximum Seating:

28 people at two large tables, or 
42 people at separate tables, varying from 2-6 person seatings.

Non-private functions:

Any party larger than 20 persons will be offered a shortened version of our current seasonal menu, with menu options having been discussed with your party prior to the event date.

Depending on the day of the week & how far in advance the reservation is made, the restaurant can accommodate up to 20 persons without having to close to the public.

We will not separate checks for any parties of six or more.
We will not separate forms of payment for any parties of six or more.
There will be a $1000 cancellation fee for parties cancelling within two weeks of scheduled date.
There will be a $2000 cancellation fee for parties cancelling within 48 hours of scheduled date.
